2. What data we collect
- Contact data: name, email, phone number and the messages you send us.
- Service data: the information and access you share with us to carry out the agreed services.
- Payment data: amount, date and payment status. Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe and are never visible to us.
- Billing data: the details needed to issue receipts and invoices.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your requests and prepare quotes (steps before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To provide the services and manage payments and refunds (performance of the contract, Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To prevent fraud and defend our rights (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
- Stripe, which processes online payments. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the data it processes: stripe.com/privacy.
- Providers of email, hosting and communication tools we use to work with you.
- Accountants and public authorities, when required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is protected by the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact and service data for the duration of our relationship and for up to 3 years after it ends. Accounting documents are kept for the period required by Romanian law (currently 10 years). Access you shared for a service is deleted when the service ends.
