1. Who we are

These terms govern the services provided under the trade name Online Management Services by [BUSINESS NAME], a sole-trader business registered in Romania, CUI [CUI], registered address [ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). Contact: [EMAIL], [PHONE].

2. Services

We provide online management services, such as social media management, community and channel management, promotion campaigns, automation setup, contact and message organisation and reporting. The exact services, duration and price for each client are described in a written quote.

3. Quotes and agreement

Before any payment we send you a written quote (by email or message) stating the services included, the duration and the total price. The agreement is concluded when you accept the quote and pay the agreed amount. If there is a conflict between the quote and these terms, the quote prevails for the points it covers.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in EUR and are those stated in the accepted quote.
• Payment is made online through Stripe's secure checkout, where you enter the amount stated in the quote. Card details are processed by Stripe and are never visible to us.
• A payment receipt is sent by email. On request we issue an invoice.
• Payments made without an accepted quote, or for a wrong amount, are refunded or corrected.

5. Start and delivery of the service

The service starts on the date stated in the quote, or within 3 business days after payment if no date is stated. Services are provided remotely. We keep you informed about the work carried out and send periodic reports when agreed.

6. Your obligations

• Provide the information and access needed to carry out the service, and keep it up to date.
• Make sure that the accounts, channels and content we manage for you are lawful and comply with the rules of the platforms involved. You remain responsible for your own content.
• Tell us promptly if you want to change the agreed services.

7. Access and confidentiality

Any access or information you share with us is used only to provide the agreed services and is kept confidential. We recommend giving us the minimum access necessary and changing passwords at the end of the service.

8. Duration and cancellation

Each service lasts for the period stated in the quote. You may cancel at any time by writing to us. Refunds in case of cancellation are handled as described in our Refund & cancellation policy.

9. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. If you ask us to start the service within those 14 days, you will pay an amount proportionate to the part of the service already provided at the time you withdraw. Once the service has been fully provided at your express request, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email.

10. Results and liability

We carry out the services with care and professionalism, but we cannot guarantee specific results (for example a certain number of followers, members or sales), which also depend on factors outside our control, such as decisions of the platforms. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any agreement is limited to the amount paid for that agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Complaints and disputes

If something is not right, please contact us first: we reply within one business day and try to solve the issue quickly. Consumers in Romania can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your agreement is the one published when you accepted your quote.
